Dr Raphaelle Dusoulier
I’m a London born Senior Clinical Psychologist specialising in working with self-esteem difficulties and trauma. I am HCPC registered and a member of ACP-UK. I practice both privately and part-time in the NHS.
Many clients come to me experiencing challenges with their relationships, feeling stuck in unhelpful patterns, struggling with overthinking, or simply feeling overwhelmed by their day to day lives.
In my 10 years of working in mental health I’ve learnt that our difficulties very often stem from upsetting past experiences, which shape how we view ourselves, our relationships with others and how we respond to stress.
My approach focuses on:
- deepening our understanding of the impact of what we have been through
- processing past memories to support us to develop new ways of thinking and feeling and
- working towards goals which are aligned with our unique personal values, to support us to live a meaningful and fulfilling life.
Evidence-Based Therapy Models
During my doctoral training, I practiced several evidence-based therapeutic models within the NHS. My expertise lies in tailoring therapy to meet your unique needs by integrating various approaches, including:
- Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT)
- Narrative Therapy (NT)
- Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
- Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
I have a special interest in using EMDR for trauma recovery and have recently completed all 3 parts of my EMDR training. Whilst working towards my full accreditation I regularly meet with an EMDR Consultant to ensure high quality care and enhance my skills and effectiveness

Fees
All 50-minute sessions are £130. I accept Aviva Health Insurance.
