Are you looking to make changes in your life but feeling overwhelmed or stuck? I am here to help. I am passionate about helping people make meaningful changes in their lives and reach their goals. We can work in the manner that suits you best, I offer appointments both face-to-face and online as I understand that people lead busy lives and need flexibility.

At the heart of my therapy ethos is the belief that you are the expert of your own life and hold within you the solutions to your challenges. My role is to support you in discovering and utilising your inner resources to achieve your goals. During our sessions, you can expect a non-judgmental, empowering and compassionate environment where we collaborate to build a personalised plan to move you from where you are now to where you’d like to be.

With a focus on the present and the future, we will identify your strengths and build upon them to create lasting change. By the end of therapy, you will have a clearer understanding of your potential, newfound confidence, and practical tools to navigate life’s challenges with ease.

With a background in psychology, community mental health, counselling, solution focused brief therapy, and a range of hypnotherapy styles, I have the knowledge and experience to help you overcome life’s stresses and strains in a calm and comfortable environment. I have undertaken extra training in trauma informed work and am continually studying and learning so I can serve my clients better.

Before making a decision on therapy, it’s important to understand a little about your therapist. As a physically disabled and neurodiverse person, I’ve had a unique path in life, and I bring that particular lens to the therapy room. I am driven by a deep curiosity about the world, relationships, and how to make them better. This curiosity has led me to acquire a wide range of skills through my education and training.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Social Science (Psychology), as well as a Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy (Distinction) and a Diploma in Counselling. I have also done additional training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Mindfulness. My commitment to learning and growth allows me to provide tailored support to help you achieve your goals.  I am proud to not only be a member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy, but I am also their Training and Accreditation Officer, upholding standards of training throughout the UK.

I offer in-person and online, both long and short-term therapy.

My fees are £85 / appointment

I offer concessions to non and low waged people dependent upon current availability.
