About Me & My Practice
I am an integrative child and adolescent psychotherapist. I work with children, young people and adults, and offer parent reflective sessions. I work both in-person with all age groups, or online with adults and some adolescents.

Finding the right therapist for you can be an overwhelming task and it takes courage to start the journey. It is important to find someone who you feel you can work in collaboration with, so I hope this will give you a feel of what it might be like to work with me.

I practice a client-led approach, with a focus on the therapeutic relationship as I believe that this is where healing takes place. I draw on a range of modalities and use a mixture of talking, play, and creativity to suit each individual’s needs. My aim is to provide a safe and confidential environment in which to explore life’s challenges with open-mindedness and curiosity.

Experience & Qualifications
In addition to working in private practice, I work as a whole school approach therapeutic lead for Terapia, supporting holistic wellbeing across school communities in Barnet. I am a registered member of the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and work in accordance with the UKCP and BACP ethical frameworks. I have a BA in psychology from the American University of Paris and MA in Integrative Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy from Terapia (accredited by Middlesex University).

Fees
My fees range from £70-110 for each 50 minute session. I begin all my work with an initial assessment session where we talk about what you and/or your child need. This is also an opportunity for you to decide whether you feel I am the right therapist for you.
