Life is not always easy, to me, it is like a rainbow with different colours on it which can be our emotions; sometimes, we feel alone, and anything seems to go downward. Having had therapy myself, I understand how important it is to have support to help us get through challenging circumstances. I can say that having therapy can provide you with a space to be listened to, to be you and express any difficult feelings you might have. Whether from feeling down, having strains within the family, parenthood, struggling with changes or new stages in your life, even a life-threatening illness or coping with an illness. Having a space to talk is the most self-loving action one can do for ourselves.
How I work:
As an integrative psychotherapist, I use the arts and any approach that suits your needs and preferred form of expression. I am also inclined to psychodynamic, person-centered, humanistic, attachment, mindfulness, arts, and body-mind approaches.
I can provide confidential, non-judgmental, open-minded sessions. It could be short-term, long-term, face to face or online sessions.
During the first session, you can share specific issues you might want to work, as well as your hopes and goals for therapy. We can discuss your commitment to a limited number of sessions, or you may want a more open-ended approach. In the sessions with me, I won’t suggest what you should do, but help you to explore your options and increase your resources to progress and cope with your problems.
The sessions are 50 mins long, we can use the arts or talking therapies, whatever suits you best. My fees start from £60; concessions can be done depending on your circumstances.
